Job Overview:

Bayshore Plumbers is searching for a Sales Superstar — not just a salesperson, but a world-class closer who can sell anything, to anyone, at any price.

In this role, you will not perform plumbing work. You will lead with communication, influence, confidence, and persuasion to convert high-value plumbing opportunities into revenue. Whether the job is a sewer replacement, water line, crawl-space restoration, water heater upgrade, filtration system, or full re-pipe — you know how to sell it, upsell it, and close it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elite Sales Performance
• Meet customers on-site, diagnose their needs, and present premium solutions
• Create high-value estimates and proposals
• Close jobs at premium Bayshore pricing
• Upsell warranties, higher-end systems, accessories, and long-term solutions
• Convert large projects such as:
  1. Sewer line replacements
  2. Gas line installations
  3. Water filtration systems
  4. Full re-pipes and re-drains
  5. Crawl-space repairs
  6. High-efficiency and tankless water heaters
• Achieve and exceed personal and company revenue targets
• Maximize closing ratios through world-class sales communication
• Customer Communication & Trust Building

• Deliver 5-star sales experience every time
• Educate customers clearly, confidently, and without pressure
• Build rapport quickly and naturally
• Use emotional intelligence to overcome objections
• Assist customers in understanding long-term value, not short-term cost

• Work closely with technicians and installers to ensure jobs sold are completed properly
• Maintain detailed notes, photos, and estimate documentation

• Experience Requirements

• 3–7+ years in high-performance sales roles (home services, real estate, solar, roofing, automotive, or any high-ticket environment)
• Plumbing experience not required — sales talent is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Communication Requirement

• Must speak English fluently and professionally
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round work.
• Monday – Friday, morning shifts.
• Rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

Work Location:

• Primary location: Redwood City, CA (94063).
• Work performed on-site at customer locations throughout the San Francisco Peninsula.
