A Modern, No-Dig Solution to Restore Your Sewer Line from the Inside Out
Our trained technicians follow a precise, minimally invasive process designed to restore your sewer line without digging up your yard, concrete, or landscaping.
Typical Time Onsite:
1–2 days, depending on pipe length, access points, and prep requirements.
Your sewer lateral is the underground pipe that carries wastewater from your home to the city’s main sewer line. Over time, these pipes can become damaged from:
Root intrusion
Cracking or sagging
Corrosion (especially in cast iron or clay)
Ground shifting
The CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) method is a trenchless, long-term solution that avoids excavation. It creates a new structurally sound pipe inside your old one, extending the life of your sewer system by 50+ years.
It’s code-compliant, trenchless, and highly durable — ideal for homes in the Bay Area where yards, concrete, and landscaping are difficult or expensive to restore.
For isolated damage (if CIPP is not needed for the full run).
Replace or patch only the damaged section.
Lining the entire length of the pipe with a seamless, cured-in-place liner.
Adding cleanouts or backflow prevention devices for better maintenance and protection.

Frequent backups, slow drains, or gurgling sounds can indicate a failing lateral
Keep trees and shrubs away from sewer lines
Avoid flushing wipes, hygiene products, or anything not biodegradable.

What is the CIPP method, and how does it work?
CIPP stands for Cured-in-Place Pipe — a trenchless method where we install a resin-soaked liner inside your old sewer pipe. The liner hardens in place to form a new, jointless pipe inside the existing one — restoring flow and preventing future root intrusion, cracks, or leaks without digging up your yard.
How do I know if my sewer line qualifies for trenchless repair?
CIPP is ideal if your pipe has cracks, root intrusion, corrosion, or sagging — but not if the pipe is completely collapsed. Our technician performs a camera inspection to determine whether your line is a good candidate and walk you through options if it’s not.
How long does trenchless sewer lining take?
Most CIPP jobs take just 1 to 2 days. The actual lining and curing process can be completed in a few hours, but we also include thorough prep, hydrojetting, and post-install camera inspections to ensure a perfect result.
Will my landscaping, driveway, or yard be damaged?
No. One of the biggest advantages of CIPP is that it’s truly trenchless. We access your pipe through cleanouts or small entry points, meaning no excavation, no concrete cuts, and no damage to your landscaping or hardscaping.
Is trenchless sewer replacement as durable as traditional pipe replacement?
Yes — in fact, it’s often more durable. The CIPP liner forms a seamless, root-resistant, corrosion-proof pipe that lasts 50+ years. It meets all local codes and is approved by agencies like EBMUD and SFPUC for sewer compliance.
How much does CIPP lining cost compared to traditional methods?
CIPP is typically more affordable than open trench when you factor in restoration costs (landscape, concrete, labor). While the liner installation itself may cost slightly more than a spot repair, you save on surface restoration and get a longer-lasting solution.
